We went to Vidigueira, at Ribafreixo winery, and to Porto at Casa da Música in order to learn a little more about the challenging art of producing wine.

We had the privilege of visiting the Saury Cooperage in Brive. We have learned the entire manufacturing process of the barrels, since the choice and selection of wood, drying, the type of toast, as well as, all the operations inherent until the final finishing.
